The LAST thing we want to do is auction your stored property, and we go to great lengths to avoid it. We really TRULY only want to collect rent! But sometimes, all our collection efforts fail and the tenant just doesn't respond. In those cases, we are left with no other option but to follow the Ohio guidelines for Self Storage facilities.
Upcoming Auction: April 8, 2017
The auction starts at 10:00am. Come early to check-in and get a bidding number. We open the storage unit doors one at a time and let potential buyers look inside to see content (no one can enter the unit - viewing only). Then we will begin bidding. The highest bidder will receive information regarding the unit they have won, which they can use at check out once the auction ends.
